Application Instructions
The Brown's Creek Watershed District has begun using Smartsheet to track permits, and our application is now an online form.
- Fill out the online form, including uploading plan documents (there is 30MB upload limit, if larger files are required, please email to kkill@mnwcd.org and hpeterson@mnwcd.org.)
- Mail/deliver applicable permit fees to BCWD at 455 Hayward Ave North, Oakdale, MN 55128. Fees are required before BCWD begins its permit review. We hope to have an online fee payment option available soon.
- After submitting your application, you will be able to create a free Smartsheet account to track your permit and add/update information.
Direct any permit questions to Karen Kill at kkill@mnwcd.org and any Smartsheet questions to Hannah Peterson at hpeterson@mnwcd.org. The online system is intended to streamline the permit process, but the Permit Application (PDF) can still be used if needed.
